On Wednesday 15th June, the Body Ponds Nature Park, which has been developed by the EAG and GARD Center with funding from the Global Environment Facility was officially opened.

The Park has beautiful trails meandering through the forest along the waters edge with many educational signs for residents and tourists to learn about our natural heritage.

The event was attended by some 30 people representing organisations including the EAG, the GARD Center, Ministries of Tourism, Agriculture and Education, tour operators and the Friends of Body Ponds.
